I have just had the pleasure of speaking with your customer service girl “Chris”. I needed to talk to someone about my daughters Air con and needed to get it looked at ASAP. (my daughter suffers severe Rheumatoid Arthritis). I had phoned other places however no-one was available until the new year, understandable  at this time of the year. However Chris was so helpful and was able to get someone tomorrow and also booked in a service for January. My daughter has just bought this house so no doubt the air con would not have had a service for quite a while so Chris’s advice to have it serviced was something I would not have thought of.

I just wanted to say thank you for installing the aircon yesterday.  This is the second house you have air conditioned for us, and once again the experience could not be faulted. The guys were very professional, polite, tidy and efficient.  I cannot believe it was all done in one day!

The unit is performing above my expectations.  Very quiet both inside and outside.  And the registers are in keeping with the style of the house and blend in perfectly.

Just wanted to touch base with you regarding the air-con install at our townhouse. All seems to be working well, looks like it is just in time too with the heat starting to hit. Impressed by the quality of installation, Matt and his crew did a good job.

I would like to thanks you again for the installations at both my house and Halina’s house. My system produced over 26kW last Saturday and Halina’s over 16 kW. Very impressive.

I have just had my 2 airconditioners installed this morning.

I want to say how impressed I am with the 2 young men who came out to install them. They were nice and friendly throughout, always took their boots off to come inside, made sure they asked me where I wanted the air conditioning units to be installed, checked with me where I wanted the outside pipe to go, and overall kept me in the loop.

They didn’t swear at all and obviously enjoyed their work and got on well together as a team.

I had an old airconditioner which had to be removed before they could install one of the air conditioners and they were happy to talk to my handyman about that and where they were going to run pipes etc so that each side had their job made easier through cooperation.

Overall I was very impressed. I will definitely be recommending your company. A friend of mine recommended your company to me in the first place, initially to service my airconditioners but then I was very happy with the man who came out to service them and also very happy with you when you came out too Clem.
